  • Site Inspection: A final, binding price is only established after an on-site inspection.
  • Scope of Work: Because we specialize in trenchless (no-dig) technology, our estimates assume standard environmental conditions. If an inspection reveals structural collapses or utility interference that precludes trenchless methods, a revised estimate will be provided before work begins.

  • Delays in municipal permit approvals.
